Conveyor belt

1. Conveyor belts, also known as conveyor belts, are rubber and fiber, metal composite products, or plastic and fabric composite products used in belt conveyors to carry and carry materials. Conveyor belts are widely used in cement, coking, metallurgy, chemical, steel and other industries where the transportation distance is short and the transportation volume is small. During the storage and transportation of double-sided toothed synchronous belts and synchronous wheels, avoid direct sunlight, rain and snow; prevent contact with acids, alkalis, organic solvents, water vapor, and other substances that affect the performance of the product. Store at normal temperature, usually at -20 ~ 50; and at least one meter away from the heat source, please keep in a cool place. The Single/Multi Textile conveying belt is widely applied to conveying materials in the fields of mine, ports, metallurgy, building, chemical engineering, electric power, grain, etc

2. During storage, prevent excessive weight from being deformed. Do not fold and stack. Do not place the belt directly on it. Hang the belt on a rack or place it flat on a shelf. Do not store the timing belt under abnormal bending for a long time.

3. Please shorten the center distance or loosen the tensioner when installing, and then reset. Do not forcibly load the timing belt from the wheel flange.

4. During installation, the edge of the timing belt must be perpendicular to the tooth surface of the wheel.

5. The parallelism of the main axis of the driving wheel and the driven wheel should be controlled at tangent tgθ = 1/1000 or so. The axis position does not directly affect the service life.

6. If the belt runs out, the parallelism of the two axes or the axial position of the two wheels should be adjusted.

And adjust the tension of the tensioner.

7. If you find that the double-sided toothed timing belt is loose or has tooth skipping phenomenon, you should immediately check whether the center distance is correct or loose. Otherwise it should be adjusted or reinforced.

8. When installing the timing belt, it must be tensioned according to different specifications and bandwidths.

9. The tensioner must be installed on the loose side when the timing belt is driven. 10. The finished product of the pulley should be stored and transported in a dry and ventilated environment, and the finished product of the pulley should be rust-proofed;
